Landman Development (Pty) Ltd is a residential and commercial property development company based in the Paarl/Stellenbosch area of the Western Cape. We offer a true turnkey development service — from the first plot and plan through to a completed, occupation-ready home.
Landman Development was founded in 2013 by Barend Landman, a B.Com Accounting graduate who ventured into property development after qualifying as a professional quantity surveyor. That grounding in cost management and financial discipline still shapes how the company builds today, now based in Paarl and working across the Cape Winelands.
The company has focused mainly on residential developments.
Landman Development believes success is in the detail. Its strengths are the fundamentals done well: close attention to detail, strong client relationships built on honest communication, a team capable of executing on time and to the desired quality, and disciplined cost management from the first budget to final account.
At its core, Landman Development takes a by-people, for-people approach.
